• No Guarantee of Profitability: Historical data, algorithmic back-testing, and statistical trends are strictly retrospective. This Disclaimer explicitly excludes detailed provisions regarding the collection, storage, processing, and management of user data, analytics tracking, and regional privacy frameworks.

All matters concerning user privacy, data tracking (including cookies and third-party advertising SDKs), international data transfers, and statutory user rights across the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, and Canada are governed exclusively by the comprehensive Thothmunra Ltd. 4. Leisure Software Use: Hardware performance degradation, battery depletion, or connectivity expenses resulting from the normal or extended use of interactive applications.

6. Acceptable Use and Reverse Engineering

Users and clients are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, extracting mathematical logic, or maliciously exploiting the source code of any Company application, leisure software, or custom automation tool. You agree not to deploy the Company's software or advisory frameworks for any unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.
